Recommend to Owner those portions of the Work to be considered for Substantial Completion and prepare in writing for Project Team a list of defective, incomplete or unsatisfactory Work items and a schedule for their completion. Arrange for inspections by Project Manager, Owner and the Design Team of the Work and coordinate with Project Manager, Owner and the Design Team as to preparation of the Punch List Items of all Work necessary to achieve Final Completion. Coordinate the correction and completion of all Punch List Items.
