The Construction Manager shall be responsible to record the progress of the Work and Project as it relates to all construction activities. Such records shall be maintained on a computer-based system such as Microsoft Word or Excel.

  • Submit regular (at least weekly) written progress reports to Project Manager including information on Trade Contractors’ work and the percentage of completion.
  • Keep and maintain a daily log containing a record of weather, Work performed at the Project Site, number of workers, problems encountered and other relevant data and make the log available immediately to Owner and Project Team members on a monthly basis or more frequent upon request.
  • Keep log of all deliveries of materials and equipment and make the log available immediately to Owner and Project Team members upon request.
  • Keep log of all communications between Construction Manager and Landlord and Landlord’s Employees, contractors, consultants, vendors and suppliers relating to the Project and the Work.
  • Keep log of scheduling, time and use of any site utilities, including, without limitation, construction hoists, tower cranes, elevators, etc. as required.
