• Assist in defining master plan & schedule
  • Develop critical milestones including time-sensitive approvals
  • Obtain and review building rules and regulations for financial conflicts
  • Detailed budget development
  • Establish project scope for all outside consultants and negotiate contracts and purchase orders in consultation with the client
  • Assist the client in the selection and evaluation of consultants and team members including advising the client on qualified firms, preparing RFP’s and analyzing proposals
  • Coordinate reporting and communication for the client
  • Prepare comprehensive agendas and minutes for all team meetings
  • Establish procedures for management processes, including general communication and information transfer, schedule and cost control and approvals
  • Establishment of owner furnished items
  • Establish internal and external controls for project approvals & changes
  • Assist in analysis of shipping and distribution channels to store
  • Assist in developing storage systems for merchandise back stock
