Guarantee that the work of the Construction Manager and all Trade Contractors (including all labor and materials) is free of defects and deficiencies and complies in all respects with the Contract Documents, and with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations (without assuming the responsibilities of other Design Team consultants), and cooperate with the Project Team to facilitate adequate inspections.
