- Manage timelines of design team
- Monitor drawing production along with production architect
- Value engineer drawings to approved budget, if required
- Monitor established level of detail for all project documentation
- Evaluate construction drawings as they are produced to confirm coordination and to assess potential for cost savings and avoidance of potential conflicts and change orders
- Evaluate all areas of possible conflict, including disciplines to be coordinated, trade jurisdictions or building code
- Monitor effectiveness of the program in meeting the requirements of the client
- Review and redline with team all drawings produced
- Assist in coordination of drawing submissions with contractor and budget team on weekly basis
