The Construction Manager shall refer all questions for interpretation of the Contract Documents to the Project Manager and the appropriate Project Team members and in accordance with Owner’s directions, shall take steps necessary to resolve any disputes that may arise, and cooperate with the Project Team members in obtaining acceptance of the interpretations. Questions relating to the division of responsibilities among Trade Contractors relating to the Work designated in the bid packages shall be decided and implemented by the Construction Manager.
