The Construction Manager shall maintain a system for processing Change Orders, meeting the following criteria.
- Recommend necessary or desirable changes to Owner, review requests for changes, and submit written recommendations to Owner.
- Diligently negotiate, in the best interests of Owner, all Change Orders with Trade Contractors for Owner’s approval.
- Maintain Change Order manifest and include as part of Reports prepared for Owner.
- Review any and all claims made by Trade Contractors relating to the Project, and propose resolutions thereto to Owner and Project Manager for Owner’s approval.
